Philippe Luanghy Omba, President & CEO
With more than 20 years of professional experience of which 17 in the International Development in Africa and particularly Central Africa, Philippe Luanghy, CEO and President of GrantsInsiders has developed a strong expertise into Grants/Project Management, Capacity building, organizational Development and Administration. Having worked in several projects for numerous International Donors from both the public and private sectors, he has worked throughout his career path, with hundreds of organizations of all kinds from local CSOs to for profit, going through Public Administration and or Professional Associations or Government Institutions. He his highly skilled at the full cyle of grants program management, Due diligence, Organizational Capacity Assessment and Development plan and Institutional development. He is now dedicated to developping the ecosystem in Central Africa through his initiative GrantsInsiders.

Géraldin Youssouf Ramazani, Consultant / Associate
Grants and partnerships specialist with 16 years of experience including 11 years specifically in sub-grants management in DR Congo. Géraldin holds a degree in financial management and several project management training credentials. He is highly skilled in partnership, administration and management of project operations. He has several years of experience with both national organizations (including non- governmental and governmental) such as Arche d'Alliance or the National Assembly, as well as international ones such as IRC, Counterpart International and Abt Associates as well as several funders funds (European Union, UNDP, IDA, USAID...). His areas of expertise are accounting, administration and project management. Over the past 10 years he has worked for international organizations in positions where, as Grants Manager, he managed the grants cycle from inception to closure, Compliance, Budget monitoring, and Administrative and Financial Management of grants programs.

John Katuku Kazadi, Consultant / Associate
Expert in Administrative and Financial Management of Programs / Projects and Grants Management, John is also highly skilled in procurement and capacity building with several international Donors or organizations such as UNDP, the WB, ADB and USAID. He developped special skills for trainings in particular. He has strong ability to provide capacity building organizing and leading trainings and workshops for the benefit of the beneficiaries. He is also highly skilled at developing, writing, monitoring and evaluating projects. His training expertise is focused on Project Management, Monitoring-Evaluation, Public Procurement and Administrative and Financial Management of Projects.

Patrick Kalambayi, Consultant / Associate
Corporate finance professional, operating at CFO level with post-professional experience in accounting auditing within the extractive sector in the DRC. Member of business operations team ranging from
high growth and missions to develop new markets in the stagnant loss-making operations requiring prompt corrective action and recovery.
Patrick's success is based on his ability to bring together the following facets: accounting, internal control, supply chain, commercial negotiation, analytical modeling and people management capabilities. He is a credible practicionner, business-focused finance team that aligns with the management team, consultative stakeholder groups and operational functions and of contact with customers.

Paul Ngoyi Mwilambwe, Consultant / Associate
An experienced international development professional, Mr. Paul Mwilambwe has developed extensive experience in the private sector with international organizations with an area of ​​expertise focused on grants/project management, compliance, financial management and internal control. Mr Paul Mwilambwe has worked in many projects funded by several international public and private donors in the health sector. Mr Paul Mwilambwe is the founder of the parents' association for the supervision of orphans, vulnerable children and single mothers, thus contributing to the fight against stigmatization in the DRC.

Benjamin Ekoloko, Consultant / Associate
An economist by training and holder of an MBA, Benjamin has a long professional career that has allowed him to develop diverse skills in several fields. Having worked in numerous public and private administration entities, he has also worked for several organizations and projects funded by international donors such as the World Bank (WB), USAID, CARPE, UNDP, etc. These numerous experiences have allowed him to accumulate significant experience in institutional governance, project development and management, partnership building and community development.
